Description

In the first of two frames Prime Minister John Key proclaims to a horrible little smelly creature that sits in a pile of rubbish the National Party's pleasure at the dropping of the prosecution for campaign fraud being dropped. Context: the little smelly creature is John Banks, ACT leader and MP. The police have decided not to prosecute John Banks over his 'anonymous' campaign donations. John Banks received donations from Skycity and also from Mr Dotcom for his 2010 campaign for the Auckland mayoralty. He denied knowing who the donors were thus breaking the law.
