Description

Shows two small boys, rushing into the kitchen dressed as soldiers and carrying rifles, to tell their mother that Willie Apiata has a job at an outdoors pursuits centre. Context: Papakura has pulled in famous names from its military heritage to open an outdoor pursuits centre for young people. Corporal Apiata, a member of the Special Air Service based at the Papakura military camp, opened a "Victoria Cross conference room" lined with portraits of Victoria Cross winners.
