Description

In a smaller frame Pita Sharples and Tariana Turia, co-leaders of the Maori Party discuss how they forced with tough talk, Prime Minister John Key to do an about face from proposed asset sales but before they have finished talking the PM in huge boots that represent 'asset sales' walks right over the top of them. Context: Refers to the government's determination to partially sell several state owned enterprises and to the Maori Party's refusing to endorse the sale. The cartoon suggests that the government will win in the end.
