Shows a spaceshuttle that has just received a message from Prime Minister Muldoon asking the personnel on board to keep an eye on Derek Quigley and the other dissident National MPs. The "colonels' were a group of dissident National MPs led by Derek Quigley who had staged an unsuccessful coup against Muldoon the year before. There were still rumblings of discontent going on.
