Farmhouse and outbuildings surrounded by trees in centre of paddock. A few horses grazing. Water tanks and windmill to right. Wooden shed with tin roof on left. Fir trees beyond.
Inscriptions: Marginal notes on negative - "Robertson Bros. Mayfield, Kelso. 3 oils. Buff house, tin roof. Light and dark foliage in and around house. Paddocks green. hills bluesh [sic: blueish] haze. Weak blue car. Tanks rusty and tin. Use own discretion for rest"
