Shows a monstrous and savage dog that represents 'dog laws' eying a tiny yapping dog who represents Nick Smith, the new minister of Local Government. Context: Local Government Minister is promising to look at dog control laws following three separate attacks in the past week on children in Ashburton, Rotorua and Porirua. He says the reality is no law, nor any council dog control officer, is going to be able to prevent every attack and that it's too early to say if the current laws go far enough.
