Menu for a dinner on board the ship 'Maunganui'. The front cover shows a montage of illustrations: a woman in historic costume beside a red white and blue curtain or tricolor; a couple drinking champagne at a table, a couple in evening dress in front of the Eiffel Tower. Inside is an extensive menu and a list of musical numbers performed by musicians led by O (probably Oswald) Cheesman; the repertoire included works by Rossini, Poldini, Elgar, Yradier, Von Blom, Aletter, Saint Saens, Schertzinger, Thome and Gautier.
