Two Greek soldiers look suspiciously at a large wooden horse representing 'Euro Bailout'. Context: Refers to the bailout being offered Greece by the European Union. Eurozone finance ministers have signed off on a second Greek bailout package, worth 130bn (#109bn). Economic affairs commissioner Olli Rehn went on to say the success of the Greek programme would hinge on implementation risks and political unity in Greece. The initiative is German, so 'Germans bearing gifts' rather than 'Greeks bearing gifts'. The wooden horse refers to the gift offered the Trojans by the Greeks - it was filled with Greek soldiers who brought about the sack of Troy - hence a gift with a sting.
