Shows Prime Minister Rob Muldoon holding a document named 'Proposed spending cuts'. He threatens anyone who suggests cuts to National Superannuation or prime ministerial travel. Context: Spending cuts were in the limelight with the usual suspects off limits. National Super was Muldoon's special baby on which he had won the 1975 election. The amount of travel the PM was doing was attracting attention at the time. (Context note by cartoonist)
