Refers to the famous lapses in memory of ACT leader John Banks that are entering the realms of legend. The saga of Kim Dotcom's donation of two $25,000 cheques to John Banks' mayoral campaign continued on to include a helicopter ride to the millionaire's mansion that Banks had trouble calling to memory.
