Description: Shows a cartoon by M C Bollinger, with C G Scrimgeour sitting on a cannon labelled "Scrim's election mud thrower". John A Lee of the Democratic Party is handing Scrimgeour some cannonballs to fire (balls include "Trades Hall domination", "Bouncers"), whilst a member of the National Party prevents him from taking other balls labelled "War insurance racket", "Debt slavery", "What about conscription?". Various other labelled cannonballs lie around on the ground. Flier is printed on the back of part of a large coloured political poster, possibly for the National Party. Note at bottom left says: "Our apologies for using waste paper but we have no paper allocation for the Elections". Quantity: 1 b&w photo-mechanical print(s) on flier.
