Shows ACT leader John Banks as the joker from a pack of cards. Context: John Banks received a donation from Kim Dotcom during his campaign for the Auckland supercity mayoralty in 2010 but declared it as anonymous in his campaign returns. He has also been caught out on several occasions being less than truthful and has become somewhat of a laughing stock.
