Cartoon shows a couple eating at a restaurant, a man dressed in a protective suit, gloves and boots serves them food on a long pole. Context - The earthquake and tsunami in March 2011 in Japan caused extremely dangerous overheating of several nuclear power plants which lead to radioactive leakage. Officials have said seawater samples taken 20 miles off the coast of Fukushima contained 1,850 times the normal level of radioactivity. Nisa (NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL SCALE ASSOCIATION) said the tainted seawater posed no risk: "Ocean currents will disperse radiation particles and so it will be very diluted by the time it is consumed by fish and seaweed, and even more by the time they are consumed by humans. There is no need to worry about health risks." (Guardian 27 March 2011). Despite this people did not want to eat tuna which was found to have radiation particles present.
