Description

Shows a crane with a wrecking ball being driven by Associate Minister of Finance Derek Quigley. The wrecking ball has demolished a building that represents the 'building industry'. Minister of Labour Jim Bolger and Minister of National Development Bill Birch, yell at Quigley to stop. They carry suitcases labelled 'skilled Labour needs' and 'major projects'.
