Shows Leonid Breshnev, President of the USSR, holding the Olympic torch and racing up a flight of steps to the Olympic Games flame. As he goes he crushes underfoot Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Afghanistan. Context: The U.S.S.R. held the Olympics in 1980 and these games attracted a major boycott from western nations due to the recent invasion of Afghanistan; the latest in a long string of soviet suppressions.
