Description

An adviser comments to Finance Minister Bill English, who is sitting at his desk, that 'if we keep rising in the polls this country could be headed towards a one-party state'. Bill English relies 'John is so popular we could be headed for one man rule. Don't think it hasn't occurred to him!' Context: In the weeks leading up to the 2011 election to be held on the 26th November, John Key's popularity seemed undentable.
