A doctor talks to a patient and his wife who both have heads that have swelled to the size and shape of rugby balls. The doctor says that they have not had an outbreak of this since 1987 but that the swelling should eventually go down. Context: 1987 was the last time the All Blacks won the rugby World Cup and they have just won the final against the French in this year's Rugby World Cup tournament.
