Leader of the Labour Party Phil Goff appears as the captain of a rugby team whose players show various degrees of decrepitude. Phil Goff says 'Ok team! We're going to be bold! We're going to be audacious! We're going to run that ball past the 65 line, and keep on going till we hit the 67 mark way, way, waaay down the end there.' The team complains that they cannot see the ball or where it is to go and one says that his groin is not up to this. Context: Refers to Labour policy in favour of raising the superannuation age from 65 to 67.
