Description

Design for a stained glass window, featuring four different coats of arms. One shows the cross of St Andrew, one shows crossed swords, and one a kingly crown. The only one which has a motto attached is that of a bird in flight, with the motto 'Per ardua ad astra' ('Through adversity to the stars'). A space for dedication is indicated at the bottom.
