Description

The top frame shows Prime Minister John Key, smiling brightly, standing in front of a map showing Australia and New Zealand which includes the words 'Income gap between OZ and NZ.' He says '"Embarrassing" this is "embarrassing" children.' In the lower frame he is huddled and thoughtful as he shows an image of a large house and a caravan which illustrates the 'Income gap between rich NZ and poor NZ' and says '"Shameful" this is "shameful" children.' Context: Perhaps the images of New Zealand poverty make more of an impact on Prime Minister Key, who is known for his sunny attitude to many problems.
