Description

Context: With the 2011 elections looming on the 26th November, strange things are happening in the Epsom electorate. National want ACT in the government and are doing their best to ensure that John Banks wins the Epsom seat, by requiring that their own candidate Paul Goldsmith not try hard to win it.
