Design for a lancet arch stained glass window, showing Richard the Lionheart in full battledress, wearing a crown and holding a sword vertically in front of him. Above him is a banner bearing the name 'Richard coeur de lion', and three coats of arms: one bearing the three lions, one a single lion with the motto 'Soyes ferme' ('Be steadfast'), and one bearing the cross of St George. Beneath is a space for dedication, in which the artist has written 'Inscription here as required'
