A bailiff in court reaches into the trousers of the accused; the judge calls out 'No bailiff - Not his truss. I said his assets are hidden in his TRUST!' Context - Rod Petricevic, along with four other Bridgecorp directors - Rob Roest, Gary Urwin, Peter Steigrad, and Bruce Davidson - face Securities Act charges, with the trial due to start on August 8. Petricevic applied for his trial to be deferred because he could not afford legal representation but the application was declined by Justice Geoffrey Venning. The Legal Services Agency said he could use money in a family trust to fund his defence.
