David Parker, Labour list MP, climbs up a ladder that stands against the blender. Context: David Parker is Labour's candidate for the Epsom seat in the November general elections. The election is regarded as a stitch-up between National and ACT with National putting up an inexperienced candidate, Paul Goldsmith, against ACT candidate, John Banks, who is expected to win. Banks is needed in the seat if ACT is to be a coalition partner for National.
