Description

A man representing the 'Waitangi Tribunal' who is carrying a 'report' runs along a road and turns left in the direction of a signpost pointing to '1840' rather than right which has a signpost pointing tp 2040. Context: The Wai 262 report, otherwise known as the Flora and Fauna claim, was released recently after 21 years in the writing. The cartoon suggests that the report is taking New Zealand backwards instead of forwards.
