Your government is going to spend more millions of your money, helping TV stations buy the rights to screen the games... so that you'll be able to see them FREE to air!' Context: The man is perhaps a newsreader who realises as he broadcasts this news concerning the 2011 Rugby World Cup that things are starting to sound a bit surreal.
