Description

Shows an organiser in a suit, speaking to five political party leaders, all rather clownishly dressed; from left: Winston Peters, Helen Clark, Richard Prebble, Jenny Shipley, and Jim Anderton who wears a flowerpot on his head. The organiser is implying that the cartoon characters Mickey Mouse and Goofy would not be out of place in this company.
