Description

Prime Minister, Helen Clark, cross-eyed with desperation, sits on a pile of sand-bags outside her office door. As she tries to deny that Telecom leaks have come out of her office, water seeps under the sandbags and begins to flow across the floor. A bucket and mop stand nearby. The reference is to leaks from the government about Telecom unbundling after the government decided that the stranglehold that Telecom has had over the telecommunication industry needed to be broken.
