Prime Minister, John Key, dressed in rags and patches, walks along as an Atlas figure with the globe on his back from which protrudes a key. New Zealand is prominent on the globe which has become a rubbish-bin overflowing with cans, fish sceletons and all kinds of rubbish. Refers to the recession that began to bite as soon as the new National government began its term and may also refer to the problem of global warming and the sustainability problem.
