The cartoon shows ex-President of the United States, George Bush, dressed as a cowboy and riding a hobby horse. He is reading a thank you card from President Obama and wondering why he is being thanked. In the mailbox nearby is a newspaper which shows a headline reading 'Pres. Obama wins Nobel Peace Prize'. Refers to the award to President Obama of the Nobel Peace Prize which the cartoon suggests was made possible because of the mess created by President Bush which now has to be dealt with by President Obama.
