Description

'The Politician' cartoon strip. The politician is telling a bunch of reporters that he wants the media to stop calling him 'king maker'. One of the reporters asks him what he would like to be known as and he replies 'He who holds the power'. Winston Peters, leader of New Zealand First, is often referred to as king maker because in the MMP system, forming an alliance with New Zealand First may enable one of the major parties to make up the numbers necessary to form a government.
