Two medics carry a desperately sick man who represents 'financial crisis' into the 'global emergency room'. As they pass through the waiting room one of them spots a waiting patient representing 'climate change' who holds the number one card; he has been waiting so long that he has become a skeleton and has a spider's web draped from his skull. The other medic says they cannot deal with him now as they have another hundred of these on the way. Refers to the problem of the current global financial crisis having eclypsed the need for speed in dealing with climate change issues.
