Shows Prime Minister John Key, playing the part of a queen in a pantomime and representing 'restored titles', about to confer a title of honour on Jenny Gibbs who is dressed as a chicken and who says that she feels as though she is in a pantomime and it is all a bit of a giggle. Refers to the 2009 Queen's Birthday honour conferred on Jenny Gibbs who is an Auckland art collector and philanthropist and who said that 'It's a great honour but really it's a bit of a giggle. I feel as though I'm in a pantomime.'
