Shows a gigantic multiple plug representing 'Contact Energy customers' which is loaded with several plugs all representing 'price hikes' that are fizzing and smoking with the overloading. A businessman with a fat cigar grins as he pulls the main plug that represents 'Directors fee raise' out of the wall socket. Refers to the outrage at the huge fee rise given to Contact Energy directors while at the same time customers had to pay higher prices.
