Shows leader of the National Party, John Key standing beside a car which is upside down, holding jumper leads and offering assistance to Prime Minister Helen Clark and a Maori passenger who sit in their stalled car. The upside-down car has the words 'National Treaty settlement record' printed on its door and the Prime Minister's car has the words 'Current Treaty settlement process' printed on its door. The Prime Minister asks her Maori passenger if he really wants advice from John Key. Refers to the state of Treaty issues during the Labour government in which they are shown as stalled and in National policy in which they are shown as non-functional.
