Avon River at Wainoni, Christchurch, with weeping willow trees and unidentified house, photographed circa 1920 by A P Godber.
On the left is the fence line of Professor Bickerton's Wainoni Park. The unidentified house is on the corner of Wainoni Road and the track which formed the western boundary of Bickerton's 30 acre estate.
