A man is walking past the offices of the new government. On the door is posted a notice saying that they are out finding friends and will not be back for five minutes; the 'minutes' are crossed out and replaced with 'days' and then 'days' is crossed out and replaced with 'weeks'. Refers to the fact that it has taken a full month since the election results were known for Helen Clark to stitch together a workable government.
