- Description
Three clowns sit on a Fiji High Court bench. Text states 'Fiji High Court rules coup was legal. Refers to the finding by a Fiji High Court that Commodore Frank Bainimarama's 2000 coup against the government was not illegal. Bainimarama is now threatening to unseat the Qarase government. Qarase says that his government has the constitutional authority and the support of the people to rule now and for the next five years.
