The cartoon shows Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, hanging onto the arm of American President, George W. Bush, and telling George Bush that he told Democratic Presidential candidate, Barack Obama that if he (Barack) stayed out of American politics, then he (Howard) would do the same. The President mutters to him not to hang on too tightly. Refers to the attack John Howard made on Barack Obama when he said that Senator Obama's call for US troops to be withdrawn from Iraq by March 2008 would deliver a victory for terrorists and destabilise the entire Middle East.
