In two frames a journalist shows American President Obama an image of, first the al Qaeda terrorist, Osama bin Laden, and then Dick Cheney, vice president to George Bush, and asks him whether he would condone the use of waterboarding in the first instance to make bin Laden talk and in the second to make Cheney shut up. Obama is certain of his stand against waterboarding in the case of bin Laden but realises that he is faced by a dreadful moral dilemma in the case of Cheney. Cheney continues to maintain a high profile in the Obama presidency.
