Shows a bird with brown plumage of head, back , wings and short tail. The cheeks and breast are rufous, underparts are pale brown; forehead and bill are dark brown and legs are medium brown. The wings and tail feathers are closely striped with black. There is a distinctive white circle around the eye.
Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - Taring Yoola or (in pencil) marching army bird (in ink); Recto - above image - 1. Cyphorinus - ? - (in ink). Marching army bird formicivora (in pencil); Recto - right of image - Leng 4 3/4, exp 7 1/2 (written in pencil)
