Shows North Island Main Trunk Railway works at Poro-o-tarao, Waiteti Viaduct, Huiroa Saddle, camp near Piriaka, Sew Hoy Dredge on Shotover River in 1890. Includes named portraits of railway engineers, family and friends in New Zealand and England.
