Description

A patient representing New Zealand lies on an operating table; the surgeon PM John Key asks him if he is 'comfy'. The patient has tubes from an overhead bottle feeding 'Tax cuts' into his body and a further tube below carries 'GST' out. Refers to the raising of GST from 12.5% to 15% from 1st October. Tax cuts in the June budget were supposed to make the raising of GST manageable but people on lower incomes are experiencing difficulties.
