Shows Phil Goff, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, playing cricket with Robert Mugabe, the President of Zimbabwe. Goff is batting and hiding behind a large pair of leg guards. Mugabe is throwing a cricket ball up in the air and says "Come on Phil! Come and face the master of spin!". Refers to the foregin relationship between New Zealand and Zimbabwe. Also refers to the controversial cricket tour of Zimbabwe.
