The cartoon shows British Prime Minister, David Cameron, stating that 'Israel's blockade has turned Gaza Strip into a prison' and 'Pakistan should not be allowed to promote the export of terror.' A man from the 'Civil Service' lurks behind him and hisses that he 'can't talk this honestly. It might catch on.' Refers to remarks made in India in June by Prime Minister David Cameron to the effect that elements within Pakistan are promoting the export of terror, which has caused deep resentment in the Pakistan Army and its Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency and is likely to slow intelligence-sharing. Refers also to remarks made by David Cameron on a visit to Turkey when he likened the experience of Palestinians in the blockaded Gaza Strip to that of a 'prison camp.' (Reuters)
