Shows the President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai making a speech as vice presidents Ahmad Shar Massoud and Abdul Karim Khalili stand behind him. He says that he and his two vice-presidents (both former warlords) are determined to stamp out corruption. Khalili (on the right) comments that this should not be difficult as they have already looted everything not bolted down. Refers to the unopposed re-election of Hamid Khazai as president after the withdrawal of Abdullah Abdullah from the race citing lack of confidence in a fair election.
