Description

Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, standing between Michael Cullen, Finance Minister and Jim Bolger, former National prime minister and now the new Chairman of KiwiRail. It seems that having Jim Bolger in that position is likely to be an insurance that the railways are safe from privatisation again since he is unlikely to 'sell the same railway twice' and the National Party is unlikely to want to interfere with a railway that is chaired by a former National prime minister.
