Shows Graham Scott, former head of Treasury, who has been appointed as one of a group of seven consultants to advise the government on economic matters. Dr Scott is among a group of outside 'purchase advisers' contracted by ministers on Mr English instructions, answerable to them but paid out of departmental budgets instead of the Ministerial Services' coffers which normally cover Beehive staff.
