The ACT MPs all stand around as zombies or vampires, dressed in rags except for Roger Douglas who has just been brought back to life and steps out of his coffin looking dapper. There is a werewolf and spiders and snakes and a bat. Heather Roy is on the left as a vampire. Refers to Roger Douglas's decision to join the ACT party.
