Description

Shows two frames giving Confucian advice on public speaking; in the first frame a woman makes a flowery speech and is given bouquets and in the second frame President George W. Bush talks old cobblers and gets shoes thrown at him. Refers to an incident in Iraq when an outraged journalist threw his shoes at the president during a press conference; this was regarded as very insulting to the president.
